A little while ago, there was a female, former RCMP officer who committed suicide. She had PTSD and had complained of sexual harassment and assault at her workplace.... I was sorry to hear about the suicide. Even though a class-action lawsuit had been resolved recently, the RCMP said there was another class-action suit in the works by a group of female officers and they were resisting it.... As far as I understand, the laws in Canada had been refined lately--not too long ago?--and it'd be hard for any man to say or do anything against a woman without having a problem....
One thing that strikes me is that it's very insulting for a woman to get any kind of sexual comments or even flattery about her appearance when she's trying to do her job...! It's downright insulting! Maybe the men could consider that...? [In the past, some of the female officers unfortunately endured more than harassment and were allegedly assaulted.... The whole issue is a serious and complex matter to handle, in my opinion. But I was glad for the settlement which had been made....]

For The Discouraged
Besides the post I wrote below about the financial settlement, or the possible lack of one, I'd like to write some encouragement in case the police aren't ready to have a proper news conference this year...?
People have heard false or confused stories about the Landlord/Tenant matter, about the criminal matters including my mental health, and about the police project. And I'm praying that God will help and bless each of these people.... I believe God cares and wants to help.... I'm praying the people will speak up constructively if they have concerns, or get support from elsewhere if they feel bad, or they could turn their attention to other things and forget the past....
Then there are a few people who have more or less heard the correct things about the police project, and they're waiting and wondering why things are so slow? And I'm praying for God to help and bless them, also. They may need to forgive everyone, if nothing happens...?
If the police would be able to have a successful news conference this year--in October?--that'd be great. And I'm praying for that too, if possible. But as I said before, God won't force them.... So, this is my Plan B...and I'm praying already. [Not to say I'm completely negative about the outcome--I don't know what will happen?]

Let Them Be Fair...
Speaking of prison, I saw a news headline lately which said that half the prison population in Canada are Natives. That's a very high portion! And I read on the Internet that in the USA, some of the big-city police forces really have been guilty of racism and brutality.... Not to mention, I wonder what percentage of blacks are in prison there? If some groups of people typically commit more crimes, that's one thing. But I hope the police would be fair and not jump to the wrong conclusions.... And don't use any more restraint than is necessary.

It's possible a criminal lawyer might say that instead of "malicious prosecution," I had grounds for an appeal and should've gone that route...? [And it'd be too late now.] That's why I say I'm not a lawyer and don't know exactly how the law works in this case...? It happened that I attempted an appeal but didn't know the process very well...and nothing came of it....
Whatever the law says, it was true that different parties were making attempts to keep me from succeeding in the criminal cases, at the time.... And as I've said, I wasn't wealthy enough to hire the best lawyers....

More Than One Misunderstanding
Have written before that the divisional Mountie HQ did a certain deed against me at the beginning of my criminal matters. They did it for a mistaken reason--because they'd been misled about the false, gay story.... As far as the public goes, I think we could loosely refer to this as a "misunderstanding...?" We don't need to lie if someone wants the details but we don't have to broadcast everything, in my opinion.
There was something the firefighters and their helper did at the beginning of the criminal matters also, and I think that could be called a misunderstanding, as well? I don't want to spell out all the details in this public blog...and they've been discussed elsewhere earlier.
The point I'm trying to make is that the divisional Mounties weren't the only ones who were mistaken.... So, if we just generally state--as far as needs to be stated--that there were misunderstandings, I think that would cover it?
As far as I can see, the specific, divisional Mounties need to understand all the facts and angles of the police project; and then they can decide if they want to go forward, or not?

Saying What I Can
Would like to say something more positive so the "malicious prosecution" doesn't sound too negative.... I still believe the "civil disobedience" promoted by Henry Thoreau applies...and it's something the police project needs to rely on heavily...! The police can consult with whichever authorities they'd like, to get better information than I can give.... And we have to have a realistic view of everything that's happened.... But a lot of good has come out of this.... The police, firefighters, and I, we all have contributed something! [God has helped me get through this, so far!--And I've prayed, and am praying, for the others--whether they like it or not!?]
The gay police at the divisional Mountie HQ will have to decide if they WANT to carry on...? Were they supposed to be "A supporter," or "THE supporter" of the police project--to go public??? What do they want, and what's reasonable??? Can the homosexual police succeed, or would it be better for the bi-sexual police??? Just wondering...? And that's why I think it'd be so good for the police to work together...but some have been resisting.... I don't know for sure what's going to happen...but I can only do my part to say what I can...!

My Reading
As I've mentioned before, I'm reading the book "Walden," by Henry Thoreau. It's written in old-fashioned English and it's quite long-winded...it's not easy reading! I'm about one-third of the way through this book of over 300 pages. Sometimes I think to myself, "Oh, he must be joking!?," and other times I think he's an inspired genius!
Thoreau was reportedly a graduate of Harvard University. He was a writer and philosopher, and spent some time working in his family's successful business.... Thoreau was also friends with Ralph Waldo Emerson, another famous person.... By the time, I'm finished reading the book I might not agree with all of Thoreau's beliefs but I still firmly believe that he had something worthwhile to contribute to society....
While I'm reading the above book, I'm also reading a book by Dr. Jordan B. Peterson, Ph.D. He has been a professor at Harvard and also at the University of Toronto. He's a psychologist and a philosopher...another long-winded person--and he says so himself--but he's very popular on YouTube.... He gets over 100 million views of his lectures.... He seems to be popular with young people, especially. Dr. Peterson grew up in the far north of the province of Alberta, and it was quite near where I lived in British Columbia with my husband when we were married.... Thoreau, A Few More Comments
At the risk of sounding like a micro-manager, I'd like to bring up a few more points.... I want to make sure the police will get the results they need in good time.... [Please, I hope they will!? And it seems that often some detectives, or somebody, has been investigating?]
The police could benefit from talking to a news source about the university professors, I believe.... [Like how much to pay, for one thing.] But the English teachers/professors aren't usually the ones who comment on the news, I don't think? And there are many kinds of English courses.... We need a teacher of "English Literature," or "American Literature," especially from 1817-1862, when Thoreau was alive.... Myself, I'm not familiar with the large, public universities--only the small, private ones--but I'll tell the best I know.... The police could contact the head of the English department and ask for a referral to a few teachers...that is, if the head didn't want to serve them directly...?
The high schools are just finishing up their year now; and I don't know about the universities...? Some professors might be teaching in the summer, and some might be away on holiday? But I expect that someone should be available?
Some of the universities were already supporting the special police project, as far as I know, but I don't know who the contact people were? Don't know if the police would like to speak to the English teachers at these schools, or somewhere else...? Whatever works for them? Anyway, if the police could get some basic information to start with...then they could continue further if they actually want someone to help with the press conference? Again, whatever works...?
Thoreau advocated resisting the civil authorities in some cases...and in our case, the police and their friends wanted to resist the laws that used to govern the LGBTQ+ people.... The police, directly or indirectly, also detained me by questionable methods which may or may not have been legal...? They wanted to detain me so that I could help with their cause, as I've mentioned many times.... And I wasn't the only one working...the police did a lot of work, themselves.... But I've helped. And my involvement is in question.... [They want to have a credible story that can be told to the public.... And I'm saying Mr. Thoreau's suggestions should be plenty credible....]
For the record, there's also "The Thoreau Society" posted on the Internet.... But I highly recommend speaking to a university professor, if possible; or to a high school teacher to start with, if it's easier to make a connection? Any English teacher might know SOMETHING about Thoreau, but try to find one whose field of expertise covers Thoreau...?

More Advice About Thoreau--Part 3
If and when the police talk to a university professor about Mr. Thoreau, they need to make a connection between this man and freedom from slavery in the USA--he was quite an influence and I'm sure the teacher would agree--and if the police want some personal advice about their special project, they can talk about the gay issues being related to the blacks being freed.... This has already been done, in some places, in film and TV.... And of course, the "civil disobedience" was done against me, but it was for a reason....
If the police aren't willing to make a little effort and expend some means, then don't look to me for help...!!! This is all I've got, take it or leave it...! [And I think it's pretty good.... It's excellent, if people will use their heads...!]

Have been trying to research the speakers' lists on the Internet and haven't found exactly what was needed.... The ones I've found were mostly motivational speakers.... If the Canadian or American police are friends with a news outlet, they could ask their advice about contacting a university professor...? The professors are often commenting on news stories, that I've seen.... [And as I said, the police should kindly offer and be prepared to pay for the professor's time.... And better yet, they could consult with several professors until they find the best one?]
If nothing else helps, the police could find their nearest, reputable high school or university and ask to speak to someone in the English department...!!! Offer to pay them for their time, and I'm sure someone would cooperate.... And if you tell them something about your cause, it might help them decide to help you or not...? [Find someone who genuinely wants to help...!?]
For the record, you can absolutely take my word for it that Henry David Thoreau is a well-known name in the United States...and even in Canada, to some degree.... The police just need to find the right person to talk to for more information [about the "civil disobedience"].

Some Time-Limits, Part 2

If the police want me to cooperate with them after August, they'll need to either settle with me or give me some proof in writing about what's going on.... This is going to be a firm decision on my side and I intend to stick with it. It's possible the police won't even need until the end of August to resolve the issues? If we could finish earlier, it'd be fine by me; and I'll keep on working for a few months--if there's much for me to do...?
Also in the past, there've been many times when it appeared--to me--that a settlement was just around the corner...but it didn't happen...! And this time, I can't go by appearances or feelings or wishful thinking! I'll need to see something concrete if I'm going to continue past August. I'd have my own "public relations" to do on behalf of myself after the publicity...to explain my involvement to my family, church, and acquaintances.)

Family is Family
From what I've seen this far, nobody in the current police project has even acknowledged that they expected the case to take 20 years.... There was only some information from the past which told about this.... Right now, we're coming up to 20 years from the time I first met a lot of the community advisors in the police project...and I think that should be enough! If they wanted to go public at Halloween, we should be deciding something now--in the near future--for them to get ready for Halloween.... Otherwise, another year could go by, and they could continue extending the deadline and changing the date of when the police project actually began...!? It could be a sliding scale...and that's not acceptable to me. It's been long enough.
My family has suffered because of this business and that concerns me a great deal.... Most of them don't believe what's going on, and I don't blame them for that. Rather than spending any more time needlessly on the police project, or writing about LGBTQ concerns, I'd like to devote my time to my family if nothing is going to happen.... With other people, it's hard to talk about and share my life because it's been so complicated. But family is family! I don't regret helping with the LGBTQ issues up to now...and I know the police and firefighters have had their conflicts among themselves...but I can't continue like this without a proper settlement. The police could at least make a deal with me behind the scenes, to start with.... The rest could be negotiated in time....

A Voluntary Resignation...?

The royal family had all been together at the same location when an accident happened and they were all killed.... And this man was the only heir to the throne who had been found, at the time....
The man, Ralph Jones, was a Las Vegas lounge singer--and not a very good one...! So, it turned out that he was brought to England and became the new king.... He was able to do some good, sometimes, but there was a rival who wanted him out.... King Ralph didn't want to give in to the rival...but before too long, Ralph acknowledged he wasn't the best king and he voluntarily resigned.... [Also, another heir was found and he was competent.]
In my opinion, this story relates to the special police project.... Some police have likely been upset with me when I've promoted the Mounties at the divisional HQ office...but I'd like to believe that things can work out amicably for everyone concerned.... Sometimes you try this way, and try that way...and nothing helps...but you never know when a third option could present itself.... Anyway, I'm not trying to push anybody....

Google Search
People don't have to take my word about the "civil disobedience" concept by Thoreau.... If they enter "Thoreau civil disobedience" into the Google search, they can find many entries.... Wikipedia has a good write-up, YouTube has some short but effective videos, and the Smithsonian Magazine has an article, besides others.... I believe one of the videos said all the high school students in the USA are normally taught about Thoreau.... Anyway, there's plenty of information available!

An RCMP Division HQ Office
There are some gay officers at an RCMP division headquarters office who were heavily involved in the police project; and I'd like to encourage them now.... They've been embarrassed because they were misled about the gay story about me and because it seems their actions contributed to my false criminal conviction....
Have been writing about Thoreau partly for the benefit of the above police.... If we disagree with the government, we can't always do civil disobedience.--Thoreau himself had advocated not paying taxes...and he went to jail.... Then the Civil War broke out and people had to choose which side they were on, and if they'd fight.... That was an extreme conflict....
In my case, the police and their associates lied and manipulated evidence so I'd get a false conviction. And they wanted me to have time to write and support their secret project.... In spite of complaints I've made at times, I wasn't usually fighting the main efforts of the secret project to support LGBTQ issues.... I've been supportive of them.... Some of the politicians--in the USA and Canada--have been happy I wanted to support the issues, especially in my circumstances.... And I've said I was like an underground "mascot" or "poster girl" for the police project....
Also, I believe it's been good that the police have done this work.... The police have spoken to a lot of people in many places, and the rights have gone forward--starting from almost nothing....
It was a fact that people in North America used to associate homosexuality with pedophilia and bestiality.... It was a very dim and prejudiced view.... But our society has gone far past that now, and the police and firefighters and film/TV people have been responsible. Isn't that a good thing!? [If the main part of the public was aware, they could thank them.]
If the above RCMP division would get behind me and support me now, it'd make a difference. It might make ALL the difference--and I believe many of the other police have been waiting for it. Is this something that's reasonable to expect, or not...?
If the LGBTQs were ever going to have a fair chance in life, SOMEBODY needed to do SOMETHING. The police had a plan, with their community advisors and contacts and Hollywood, and it took a long time. A lot of people contributed in different ways.... And every part has made a difference, I believe.... Everyone did the best they knew how to do, at the time.
Would like to see the above officers in their division office get past their injured pride and pull together for the greater good.... Are they willing? [Thoreau was a very respected writer and he has explained that SOMETIMES the citizens need to go against the government, or the law, in order to accomplish something better.... (Sometimes the government might be correct, if unpopular, and the citizens might not want to cooperate.... We need to be careful and use our judgment...educated opinions....) There are still people prejudiced against LGBTQs but a lot of good has been done so far, in my opinion.... (And after I get my pay, I'll be in better shape....)]
Have been writing about Thoreau partly for the benefit of the above police.... If we disagree with the government, we can't always do civil disobedience.--Thoreau himself had advocated not paying taxes...and he went to jail.... Then the Civil War broke out and people had to choose which side they were on, and if they'd fight.... That was an extreme conflict....
In my case, the police and their associates lied and manipulated evidence so I'd get a false conviction. And they wanted me to have time to write and support their secret project.... In spite of complaints I've made at times, I wasn't usually fighting the main efforts of the secret project to support LGBTQ issues.... I've been supportive of them.... Some of the politicians--in the USA and Canada--have been happy I wanted to support the issues, especially in my circumstances.... And I've said I was like an underground "mascot" or "poster girl" for the police project....
Also, I believe it's been good that the police have done this work.... The police have spoken to a lot of people in many places, and the rights have gone forward--starting from almost nothing....

Thoreau and the Police Project
After reviewing my notes from the Internet about Mississippi Burning, I'm PRETTY SURE it's connected to the secret police project...!? And I can recall a few other points from movies.... One movie had the initials H.D.T. written in the corner of the screen at the beginning of the film.... I just can't recall which film it was...but these initials always helped me to remember the name of Henry David Thoreau...! Also, names like Woody and Woods have been associated with Thoreau in the police project...Thoreau had written a book called "Life in the Woods," which has been fairly popular....
In order to analyze the movies and TV shows which were connected to the police project, a person first has to understand how to analyze fiction literature...then there are secret codes and symbols which relate to the police project...and there are the LGBTQ issues and references.... This evidence isn't something that's easy to prove...!!! In high school, I didn't quite have a handle on analyzing the literature because I had hang-ups in my life which interfered [even though I was a good student otherwise]...but since then I've learned....
Anyway, I do believe the secret police project has meant to relate to Thoreau and his civil disobedience essay.... And there may be many kinds of circumstances where this matter can be applied.... But if there are important issues involved and if the government, or society, is mistaken I believe it's not only ALLOWABLE to do "civil disobedience" but it may even be a DUTY...!? It may be the best thing to be done, if people can do so...!? [Of course, I also believe God would prefer that people do their tasks without lying...but the issues at stake are the most important.... (In other words, I get that people are human and they're not always doing things perfectly....)]

Henry David Thoreau--Part 2
As I've studied the movies and TV shows over the past number of years, I've seen that the freedom and rights for blacks in the USA has been associated with gay people getting their rights, or the secret police project.... But I don't have all my notes from the past and don't recall any specific shows.... However, there was a movie called Mississippi Burning, 1988, which I believed was associated with the police project; and it's about blacks and the Ku Klux Klan, etc.... Right now, I don't have a copy of this film and I can only remember a few vague scenes from it.... After reading a write-up on the Internet, it seems LIKELY it's associated with the police project but I still don't have definite proof.... If it's true that this movie is connected to the police project, I think it's a definite link between the police and Henry David Thoreau....
Probably not all the police know about the "civil disobedience" thing...!? But it's looking as if some of them do...? I mean, as far as having a definite connection to Thoreau's work....
Whatever the police are doing, I believe that I can make a connection between the police project and Thoreau...! It's logical.... And it's some kind of an answer for why the police and firefighters have been allowed to get away with all the things they have....

Henry David Thoreau was a well-known American writer, and he published an essay about "civil disobedience" in 1849 [reprinted after his death, also, in 1866]. At the time, Thoreau was mainly reacting to slavery in the USA.... He said people shouldn't cooperate with the government if the government is participating in corrupt and unethical practises.... Individuals like Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Junior, were reportedly influenced by this essay by Thoreau, as well as many other people....
In the secret police project, there've been references to Thoreau in film.... The police and firefighters were participating in a certain amount of "civil disobedience" by accusing me falsely, for the sake of helping with the LGBTQ rights.... I don't believe that our society used to have the correct views of and tolerance for gays before this business started.... The truth is that I told my son about the "catch a nigger by the toe" thing, and that my friends and I used to say it when we were young...and he was embarrassed! He doesn't normally get embarrassed very easily but he wasn't happy about this...! So, I really felt that I needed to do something...and I'm glad I did....

Making Amends
A cheque has been sent out to the Black History Society...and it was a voluntary thing that I wanted to do.... I first did research on African-Canadian charities in Canada and this seemed to be the most appropriate one for me....
Wanted to show that I have good will towards black people, and I want to treat them respectfully...and I'm sorry for my errors of the past.... Also, the above society is helping to educate the public about black people and their lives, and about what they've gone through earlier.... I'm all for that....
Sending this cheque also makes me feel better about myself...I'd do it even if nobody else cared about it.... The black police in the secret police project might need a little time to think and react...but then I hope we can put these problems behind us...!? [Or is there anything else I can do?] Will give them some time....

The Rappers
Normally I don't listen to rap music but I've come across it at times, and my son is acquainted with it.... It seems the black rappers use the "nigger" word a lot...but whatever they want to say about themselves or their kind is up to them.... They don't want other people to use this word.... I just wanted to acknowledge this matter.... [Maybe the rappers are using satire, or something...? I don't know.... Whatever....]

The Law
There's a legal principle which states, "The law does not concern itself with trifles." I saw a quotation about this somewhere recently but don't remember the name of the person who was credited with first saying it...? The principle refers to "extremely minor transgressions of the law."
Is there some balance that's needed in complaints of racism...? Anyway, I agree, as I said, that's it's not nice for anybody to be called a "nigger" and there's no reason for it.... And nobody should make fun of the slaves who suffered a lot of hardship and lost their freedom....

An Apology
Have written some rough notes at home yesterday, and I'd like to write from them today, to the best of my ability [tomorrow or next week, I might continue some more]:
Have done some research on the Internet and the "catch a nigger by the toe" rhyme has been used not just in my area but in North America.... And it's considered to be racist, and the rhyme has reportedly been changed to "catch a tiger by the toe...." I'd never heard of this change until now....
There are also some other songs and children's songs which are now seen as racist--any songs which make fun of slaves and their activities or making the slaves look foolish....
According to the Internet, there was an American teacher who said the "catch a nigger" rhyme to her class in 1993, and she got some disciplinary action for it.... When I said the rhyme, it was also around that time.... However, a stewardess who said the rhyme to some black passengers on an airplane in about 2004--if I recall--wasn't held accountable.... She was encouraging the passengers to take their seats and maybe they were being slow...? They tried to sue her afterwards but they lost the case, and lost an appeal, also....
In my case, I've said I DIDN'T MEAN any harm when I was playing a game with my son and his friend.... But the rhyme, as I said it, still wasn't a nice thing to say.... I understand that now.... At the time, the girl had kind of stiffened when I said it, and I saw that she reacted but neither of us discussed it immediately. She was around 12 or 13 years old....
So, what else can I say? Is there something I can do? This matter happened approximately 25 years ago...and I don't want the young police to officers to judge me by their 2018 standards...! I grew up in the '60s and '70s, and we didn't learn as much about these kinds of things back then.... But is there something I can do? Neither the girl nor the police have discussed this matter much, except when the issue was raised a while ago.... And if it wasn't settled sufficiently then, they could've brought it up again--earlier [don't recall exactly what I said before].... But we're here now. Let's resolve it.

Where There's Life, There's Hope...!
The police who started off many years ago in working and praying for the secret police project weren't working for themselves.... They were trying to help other people, especially in the future.... And they were human.... There's a quotation by Alexander Pope which says, "It's human to err...."
Will repeat what I said about the false gay story about me, that I'm willing to pray for God to forgive all the police and their associates who've lied.... Whatever their faults and mistakes, I'm willing to pray.... And I believe God will have mercy if people will start to be honest....
This is a different attitude for me, that I'm taking, and I hope the police project will appreciate it!?

Still Some Delay
As far as the criminal matters go, I can understand that we didn't get a settlement while the issues were still being discussed.... And these kinds of things can take many years, and even decades...! But as far as I know, the issues are resolved now; and it's harder to understand what's causing a delay in settling...?

Some Other Lies
There have been other lies told within my criminal and mental health matters, as I mentioned the other day, and as I've been saying for a long time....
With my mental health, there are different points that could at least be debated.... They're not complete lies, although there's one big one about the film and TV matters.... And without consulting good legal advice, I don't want to say too much more here....
About the criminal matters, I've said earlier that the complaints were partly false and partly true...although if I've had a fair chance to explain my side in the court we might've resolved all the issues...??? Anyway, I also have to be careful of what I say about this part....
[The false gay story is the biggest lie, it seems to me, and the longer it goes on the harder it might be for me to get over it...? If God doesn't help this business, it almost seems that there's no help...!? But some people have encouraged me and I've appreciated it.... And I'm still concerned about some health issues that I have.... (Some problems improve, and then I get new ones...and I'm still getting diagnoses....)]

A Police Chaplain
Have read in a church magazine [from my church] recently that one of the church leaders, in a relatively high position in Canada, is a chaplain for one of the police agencies.... Won't name any names in this space.... The police aren't the local ones here but they're not too far away....
Don't know if this minister advises specifically for the police project, or not, but his police are involved in the special project.... And he does apparently give spiritual advice and guidance to these police...!!!
Anyway, it's obvious the police have better people than me who are helping them...!!! [I'm really a nobody.] The magazine didn't say exactly how long this man was a chaplain, but I got the impression it was for a while--maybe 10 years or so...???

The Best Thing to Do
At this time, I believe I've done all that I reasonably can--and then some--for the police project. It was about two-and-a-half years ago that I quit writing to California and that completed the main phase of this work.... Right now, my opinion is that I'm facing a no-win situation....
Have decided I can afford to forgive all the parties for not working with me...and I actually can't afford not to because it affects my happiness on a daily basis....
If the parties ever get to a place where they want to pay me the money I've earned, I'd be glad to accept it.... But I'm not going to actively look for it any more.
It probably won't happen but if anybody wants to communicate with me directly, by normal business means, I'd make an effort to deal with them.... I don't plan to contact anyone, myself.
It seems the best thing I can do now is to walk away. So, I'm doing that. People can watch and see if I mean it, or not?, but I do mean it...!

2018 Issues...
Going back to 1998 for a moment, I'd like to ask that even if the lawyer involved didn't intend any harm why didn't he discern that the complainant was up to something??? The "stern executive" who wrote the letter also didn't discern anything, it seems??? These two men are intelligent people, I'm sure, and they could've considered the situation more carefully.... [But they both gave obvious approval to the letter....]
At this time, to the best of my knowledge, it's the "stern executive" and/or his associates who are resisting the complainant...they don't want him involved in the police project any longer...and the 1998 lawyer and/or his associates are supporting the "stern executive...?" Is this correct? And
they expect me to do all the work to get the complainant out, without any assistance???
It's mostly the American PDs and FCs who are supporting the complainant.... They seem to have blind faith in him, although I don't believe it's warranted.... And from comments I've heard on my Christian satellite TV earlier--from what police have said to people there--they haven't had credible plans.... It also happens that the population of the USA is ten times bigger than Canada's population....
So, is it fair for the parties to demand that I do all the work here, without any help from them...??? And is it even possible for me to do anything, while some people seem to be hiding their heads in the sand??? If I could help, I'd certainly like to but it just seems that I'm spinning my wheels...!? A little bit of assistance might make all the difference...!?

1998 Issues--Part 3
They say we should be careful of what we wish for--because we might get it! In my case, some of the parties in the secret police project wanted me to get into trouble for making "inappropriate" romantic or sexual comments...it was so that I could sympathize with and write about gay issues...but it seems not everyone was happy when it happened...!? On my side, I don't often have the parties communicating directly with me...I just get clues from here and there...and it can be hard to know how to handle things. Also, the police and firefighters have often been competing among themselves and that's made it worse for me.... But I'll try to sort out what I can....
As far as I understand from feedback I've gotten lately, the lawyer at the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal in 1998 didn't know about my continuing business...? And I've said I should've written a letter to explain all my concerns calmly...and I really did feel that I was being accused unfairly about the personal letters.... Or I could've been less sensitive and chosen not to react at all...?
Over the years, I've thought and said many times that I believed the intention of the "stern executive's" letter to me in 1998 was to provoke me.... But I wasn't sure exactly which party was responsible for it and everyone denied it, that I could see.... And it was only a little over a year ago that I realized the lawyer had actually been involved, also....
At this time, to the best of my knowledge, the "stern executive" and the lawyer [and/or their associates] are both trying to distance themselves from the complainant, as far as business in the police project goes.... And I've asked often if this is reasonable...not that I want to defend the complainant...!?
The "stern executive" actually wrote me the letter on behalf of the complainant--although the letter didn't specifically say so; and the lawyer had apparently given his permission for the executive to use his job title, which was a little higher than the executive's. So, it could be said that both these men were involved in giving consent to the letter...!?
Did the two men above INTEND to provoke me by the letter, for the purpose of the police project??? Or was the letter--which was somewhat hostile in my opinion--simply a byproduct of misunderstandings over the landlord/tenant matter, at the time...? Because if the men intended to provoke me, can they say they're a lot better than the complainant...? Although the complainant carried things much further in the criminal courts....
Anyway, I think the parties who aren't coming forward with their business are being polite...? Canadians are known for being polite....

At this time, to the best of my knowledge, the "stern executive" and the lawyer [and/or their associates] are both trying to distance themselves from the complainant, as far as business in the police project goes.... And I've asked often if this is reasonable...not that I want to defend the complainant...!?
The "stern executive" actually wrote me the letter on behalf of the complainant--although the letter didn't specifically say so; and the lawyer had apparently given his permission for the executive to use his job title, which was a little higher than the executive's. So, it could be said that both these men were involved in giving consent to the letter...!?
Did the two men above INTEND to provoke me by the letter, for the purpose of the police project??? Or was the letter--which was somewhat hostile in my opinion--simply a byproduct of misunderstandings over the landlord/tenant matter, at the time...? Because if the men intended to provoke me, can they say they're a lot better than the complainant...? Although the complainant carried things much further in the criminal courts....
Anyway, I think the parties who aren't coming forward with their business are being polite...? Canadians are known for being polite....

1998 Issues--Part 2
When the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal executive sent me the stern letter in 1998, there were three men behind it. There was a hint about the lawyer but I didn't know him at the time, as I've said, and the letter made mistakes about my actual Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal business--which was being carried on through the head office in Toronto.... I would've thought the lawyer would've known about it because other executives at his level did...but apparently not...? So, something seemed off to me, with this letter.... I also felt embarrassed because there'd been a previous complaint about my letter-writing by a friend and fellow church member during a failed business transaction between us...but that complaint was later resolved.
In an attempt to reason with the stern executive, I wrote him one or two short letters but he didn't respond. Then I sought advice and information from Canada Post and privacy commissioners because the executive told me he had all my letters at his office in a different city from where I'd sent them.... As I've written elsewhere, I wasn't sure the complainant had even seen the personal letters.... Anyway, I have to be careful of what I write about him and I'm limited....
When I sent the joke, sexual letter I really hadn't thought things through well enough.... Sometimes people have their own problems and it might be better to leave them alone...or I could've explained my views more sensibly and thoroughly, like I'm doing now--but I still couldn't force a response.... I could've expressed myself only.
A short time later, I tried to apologize for the sexual letter by sending flowers but the flowers weren't appreciated.... It took until early 2013 before the flowers were resolved, as far as I could see.... But I had further, legitimate business with the "stern executive" and his office in 1999, and he and I were on a little better terms.
My family and I have perhaps had some un-diagnosed "hyperactivity" issues...? I've had concerns about other family members in the past...but maybe I need to include myself...? By this time, I've learned to do mindfulness meditation and journalling, and they help me a lot.... But hyperactivity and controlling one's temper are ongoing issues to be aware of. [And prescribed medications can actually create anxiety and nervousness, as well.]

Have since heard that many people become romantically involved through their workplace, except in a few locations where romance is forbidden (the military is one place where it's forbidden, the last I heard).
After the complainant contacted the two executives above, one of them sent me a letter; and it was stern, as I've written before. First of all, as I've also written somewhere before, the letter was written after I'd implied I was going to stop sending the few personal letters that I did. Second, the letter failed to recognize or acknowledge the difference between my business letters and my personal letters. The letter said only that, "There are comments in your letters of [such and such dates] which imply a personal interest in --- ...." All my letters were written by hand, at the time, but I'd been very careful to write the business letters in a business format; and after I thought my business with the complainant himself was over, I sent the personal letters in the format of personal letters.... If the executive's letter to me had said, "It's inappropriate for you to send personal letters to an adjudicator," I'd have seen the matter in a different light....
As it happened, the wording of the letter angered me because it seemed to me it was being implied that I didn't know the difference between business and personal matters. Also, my injury had damaged my face and front teeth; and it seemed to me that I was being made fun of...but that wasn't realistic.... But it was the anger that first motivated me to write the sexual letter, even though there were other issues that affected me--which I've explained elsewhere....
The lawyer above saw things from his view and I saw things from my view.... We all see the world through our own lenses.... At the time, I didn't even know all the executives or who was behind the letter to me.... [I had contact with some other executives, in Toronto, and there were no problems as far as doing business went.]
Since then, this lawyer has sometimes been friendly and sometimes stern in his dealings with me.... Am not sure where he stands right now, if he's still around, but I have no bad feelings towards him.

Some Flowers Were Sent
A few days ago, I had to have a telephone interview for the social services from the same government complex in another city where I first met the criminal complainant. There are a number of provincial government offices in that complex.... And I didn't have good memories going back to the original situation.... I wasn't sure if it was because of my own behaviour or others' behaviour, or a combination of both...? And even though I said in a post a few weeks ago that I'd already given all the right answers to the police project, I decided that one more was necessary.... There were police and/or firefighters in the police project who had asked the complainant to help them set me up many years ago; and sometimes I heard they'd been offended by me in December 1998 when I wrote a letter with sexual comments--even though it was intended as a joke.... Didn't know if they were still offended, or not, but I wanted to apologize--by sending flowers--and otherwise, I just wanted to make a nice gesture.... I wasn't sure of exactly where to send the flowers but I sent them in care of the police chief who was connected to these parties, directly or indirectly....
Today, I want to state that my "joke letter" was a bad joke.... The parties had wanted to provoke me and they succeeded...and there were reasons for what was done.... And we can't change the past, and whether people want to admit it or not there was good that came out of this matter.... However, going forward, I want to "clean up the mess," wherever possible.... Normally, even if someone tries to provoke a person, it's not desirable to react to them.... And I want to be a better person....
Also, the laws and business matters can be very, very complex.... It's one thing to even know the law and it's another thing to see how the law is applied, in various circumstances...and there are exceptions and all kinds of complications, I'm sure.... One thing I definitely have to tell myself--as I have for some time--is that if any potential couple or perceived couple has a conflict in a business or legal matter, it's undesirable to try to start a relationship...!!! It's better to stay far away from it.... The complainant threw me off track, in different ways, in 1998...and the situation was very unusual....
At this time, we have hindsight to see what happened in the past.... And as I've said, I generally want to be a better person than I was back then.... If there's any more writing that's needed on this topic, I'll continue further another time...?
[As I might've mentioned sometimes, the complainant was actually familiar with my life in 1998, even though I was unaware of it and knew nothing of him except what came out in our contacts.... Some people wondered why the joke letter was so aggressive, but it really had made a difference to me that the complainant SEEMED to be familiar and comfortable with me at the beginning.... I had built up a scenario in my mind which I thought was correct...but there was a lot more going on than I could've imagined...! Also, I was reacting to a couple other executives of the government agency who'd been contacted about me...and I believe it was an attempt to provoke me.... There was a certain amount of anger in my "joke letter," and I wasn't completely thinking clearly about everything.... I'd also had a physical injury and it made a difference to me....]

Much Was Required--Part 1
Will the police be able to have a "quality show" at the conclusion of the secret police project if it's known they were forcing me to participate some of the time...? The thing is, my so-called criminal charges were a factor.... Even though the charges were more or less false, I took some chances with the law--because I was mistakenly trying to help the situation, at the time.. Also, I took chances with the inappropriate comments--again, in a mistaken attempt to help.... So, I believe I had to answer for these things if I really wanted to resolve the situation.... [And by now, I'd say I've given all the right answers--all that I can...?]
Last month, I saw a passing headline in the news where the Catholic pope was said to be concerned about the part of the Lord's Prayer which says, "Lead us not into temptation...." The pope had said it was a mis-translation and God doesn't lead anybody into temptation.... I more or less agree with the pope as far as the news story went.... However, my personal understanding is that sometimes God specifically ALLOWS us to be tempted and tested.... [The story of Job in the Bible is an example--an extreme example.] And even if we err and fall down during our testing time, God still has a purpose of letting us see our faults and weaknesses; and He gives us a chance to improve on them.... [The Bible is also full of stories of people who erred, and they confessed their sins and were forgiven.]
Have said the first meeting between the criminal complainant and myself many years ago was a set-up by the secret police...and the police were expecting me to get into problems...and I did.... And I can say I've spent a lot of time writing about my problems and trying to improve myself and my circumstances.... Some of the writing has been public, as in my blogs, and some has been private--in a private blog--or it has been sent to California screenwriters.... Sometimes the police directed me, by secret means, to tell what they wanted me to write about....

By this time, I've learned to understand the criminal justice system better, I've learned about the law in sexual harassment, I've learned about LGBTQ issues, I've re-connected with my church and spirituality, I've made progress in my mental health issues--not all of which have been reported and prosecuted accurately, and I've also posted a lot of my nature photos in two of my blogs.... At any rate, I believe I've spent my time profitably--to the best of my ability--and maybe the police were justified in wanting responses from me....
When the police set me up, it wasn't that they actually wanted me to do anything wrong.--They just wanted me to have time to write for the police project [by being under false charges]. And I've had a lot of time!
A well-known politician in the USA said once in public--and she was quoting a Bible verse--that, "To whom much is given, much is required...." And I was given a lot, in some ways, by the involvement of the film/TV people.... And it wasn't intended just for my personal benefit but it was for helping with the LGBTQ issues.... [Luke 12:48]
So, if the police put pressure on me at times, it was because there was a job to do.... The secret police project had been put in place and the police wanted me to use my mind and deal with the issues.... It happened that there were different police groups going in different directions somewhat but we've made progress; and I believe we're at or near the end.

Some Additional Comments
Will continue a little from the two posts below.... In the "Renfrew of the Royal Mounted" movie, the "Totem Pole Lodge" people were engaged in some criminal activities.... The real-life "Irishman" and his group haven't been criminal, exactly, in my opinion.--I wasn't meaning to say that.... The film is just a symbolic story, as I said.... The Irishman has been working underground, or whatever.... Will perhaps write more about this in the next few days....
In the movie, the criminals were also fighting against the Mounties.... I think that was significant.... And maybe some people couldn't believe that others would outdo and outsmart them...!??? Anyway, I'm interpreting things to the best of my ability and understanding....
Right now, I don't know for sure what's supposed to happen with the Polish Jews in Ontario...??? There are many Jews from elsewhere, as well, who've supported the police project.... The Polish Jews seemed to be part of the Irishman's group...and some of the Mounties wanted the Irishman and the criminal complainant to leave the police project.... I don't know if the Irishman's entire group will be out, but I suspect they might be...? Whatever.... [Everybody has a purpose for a time....]
Whenever I write something in my blogs, it may take a little while for the parties to consider what I've said.... I don't expect a reaction immediately.... So, if I have a chance I'll continue writing a little more later on and I'll also give people time....

They're Resisting Disclosing Their Information--Part 2
The Mounties and their associates have perhaps been too timid in their dealings with the special police project; and I think they should be assertive and insist that the criminal complainant can no longer be involved...and I believe the "Irishman" and his group weren't intended to be involved much longer, either...?
It was in a DVD package called "Dakota Adventures--10 Movies" where I got the Renfrew movie from.... It was sold at Walmart.... People might find it elsewhere, also? I actually had to use two DVD players because my regular one didn't show the second disc.... There were two discs in the package.... But I had an extra DVD player and it worked....
My situation is quite serious right now because I've made certain claims to the "Irishman" and his group, and nobody is supporting me.... We'll remain at a stalemate if nothing happens.... But there are people who want to get paid, besides myself....
It'd be nice for the Mounties to take some responsibility for their project...and take responsibility for the complainant, even if they didn't give him the full orders to do what he did.... [I'm aware of some other people whom he was working with....]

Of course, if a matter isn't in the court, it's not technically a legal matter.... But I felt that some matters COULD be in the courts--it was justified--although it was too complicated and not practical...and therefore I still wanted to refer to some points as "legal matters." Right now, I'm at a place where I'd almost like to be in court...but what I've been given an opportunity for is to write in my blogs.... And I'm going to write here today....
It seems that some of the Mounties, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and their city police friends have been resisting disclosing all of their information because they were wanting to get the "criminal complainant" out of the special police project...and it was my "Irishman" friend who had apparently given permission for the complainant to stay involved.... As far as I understand, the above police group had felt the complainant was unscrupulous--on more than one count--and they wanted to have a project with quality and excellence, as far as possible...? Myself, I've agreed that the complainant was unscrupulous. Some other police and their associates had wanted to excuse the complainant because they felt he was acting for a reason.... [But I've had to wonder how long people were going to excuse the bad behaviour...???]
It may not have been the Mounties who gave directions to the complainant to act as he did, when he did...however, I've recently uncovered evidence which shows it was originally their idea.... They had a plan for a man to show interest in a woman and then push her away, with criminal complications and whatever....
Have stated in these blogs earlier that the special police project actually began a long time ago--in 1932.... And there were some films made about Mounties around that time.... They were fictional films for entertainment but they promoted the Mounties and at least one showed some symbolic details about the police project.... This one was called "Renfrew of the Royal Mounted." An officer named Sergent Renfrew was the main character....
By the way, the "Irishman" and I used to live on a street with an Indian name; and we were symbolically referred to as "Indians." The movie contained an "Indian guide"--for the wilderness--and there was a "Totem Pole Lodge" where a lot of activities were happening.... There was also a very visible and colourful character who was Polish.... Some Polish Jews in the province of Ontario have been supporting the police project, I've heard.... In the movie, the whole Totem Pole Lodge referred to the Irishman and his group of police and supporters, in my opinion.... And then there was Sgt. Renfrew and his colleagues....
Near the beginning of the film, Renfew met a young woman. She said she was looking for a man who was her companion.... It turned out the man was her father and she was unmarried. Renfrew acted happy. But then when a child appeared nearby, Renfrew lied and said the child was his.... It was like he was pushing the lady away, at that point, after he'd just made some positive comments to her.... And the lady was sad, believing the man was married.... The story went on from there.... This might not seem like strong evidence--a person needs to have taken an advanced class in high school English to be able to analyze literature.... But I believe this part of the story referred to what the complainant did to me by flirting and then complaining about me.... And it was apparently an idea from the Mounties, directly or indirectly...!

This might not seem like strong evidence--a person needs to have taken an advanced class in high school English to be able to analyze literature.... But I believe this part of the story referred to what the complainant did to me by flirting and then complaining about me.... And it was apparently an idea from the Mounties, directly or indirectly...!

Live and Let Live
Continuing from the post below, about the influence gays might have on society, I believe people mustn't let their fear, anxiety, or anger dictate how gays can live.... If a gay couple wants to live together openly, they're not directly or substantially hurting anyone. I believe it's more important for gays to have their freedom than for others to try to restrict it. And if we want to have compassion for gays, I believe we can't refuse the reasonable requests that they've made....
