The bottom picture here shows an outdoor wall mural by Robin Burgesse from Ottawa, painted in 1996. The location is in downtown Oshawa. One of the scenes portrayed is from the Williams Piano Factory, which was located here for a while. They made pianos and a few organs. [They didn't necessarily make this piano, which I understand was made in about 1925.--It's close to 100 years old!]
The top photo is my dad's piano, the one which was purchased from a prominent family in Oshawa many years ago. [It has been refinished in a cherry colour.]
