If I'm not mistaken, there had been hopes and plans in the past that the police project would be
exposed at Halloween time.... So, I think we might have a good opportunity here, for this year.... We're just trying to wrap up some details.... And I've found a private location, besides my writing to California, where I can write about more confidential matters.... I'm trying to deal with any remaining issues....
